UT has a "test house" that lets them experiment with different practices and show what the best ways are to save energy at home. Check out their website on saving energy and money.
As 2011 is winding down, we have just a few final components to discuss to complete our Comprehensive Plan. Please join us to discuss your ideas about our Transportation Needs, Housing Issues, and using the Arts for Economic Development. Three meetings will take place in December. Following those meetings, LCRA will compile all the data we've provided on Historic Preservation, Economic Development, Community Development, Parks and Recreation, and so on. The Final Report will be available to the public early in 2012.
