The bills are sent out the last weekend of every month.

How long does it take to get service up?

On Monday through Thursday, if you come in the morning then service and be done by the end of the day.
If you come on Friday, service will be done on Monday.

The bills are due at the end of every month.

What locations do you service?

We only service inside the city limits.
If you live in Indian Lake, Lake Thunderbird, etc. your service is provided by someone else.

Why is my bill so high?

Various reasons, depending on your usage for the month.
For example, your bill may be higher during summer months because of air conditioning use.

Is City Hall open on weekends?

No, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

When is trash pick-up?

Any time between 7am and 5pm.

What is the information for the recycling center?

The recycling center is open 24 hours.
We do not take glass, but you can recycle everything else there.
At this time, we do not have curbside recycling pick-up.
