Meeting Rooms - starting @ $40/hr($100 deposit) Two rooms are available to rent for meetings or other small events. The larger room accommodates 75 and the smaller accommodates 35. Gym - starting @ $350 ($500 deposit) The gym is most often used for larger events, such as weddings and large parties. Chuckwagon - starting @ $125 ($250 deposit) A 250'x500' open area with a covered dance floor. This area is fenced and filled with beautiful old oak trees. It is often used for wedding receptions and large events. Pavilion rental also includes a 120x72 covered porch area and BBQ Pits. PAV Pic 1 PAV Pic 2 PAV Pic 3 Playscape The Playscape is open to the public at all times. Birthday parties are welcome and picnic tables are on a first come first serve basis. We do ask that no items are left behind and all trash is place in the trash bins. There is a smaller playscape to the left of the big playscape (shown) for toddlers. There are also swings that are not pictured. Playscape Pic 1 Playscape Pic 2 Softball Field The softball field is open to the public. There is a fee for exclusive use and a fee for tournament use. There is also a charge for light usage as well.
