In order to start receiving any utility services from the City of Smithville, you must first go to the City Hall, or call the Utility Department at (512) 237-3282 extension #1. Once you have spoken with the appropriate representative, you will be requested to provide the information necessary for receiving utility services. Read the following for more detailed information on some of the procedures involved once your utility services have begun. On Monday through Thursday, if you come in before noon then service can be done by the end of the day. If you come on Friday, service will be done on Monday.
