Ameresco Measurement & Verification (M&V) Annual Audit – The City received the 2020 Ameresco Measurement & Verification (M&V) audit report summarizing the annual savings for each of the Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) associated with our utility infrastructure upgrade. This is the fourth (4th) annual M&V audit since the installation of water and electric smart meters, street lights, and City facilities lighting back in 2016. The net annual benefit in 2020 (revenue minus expenses) of the utility system up-grade is $28,974 with a cumulative cash flow of $170,442. The anticipated cost savings over the next 11-years will more than cover the principal and interest associated with the lease/purchase agreement for our infrastructure upgrade. The next annual M&V is scheduled for August 2021 with the summary report delivered 60-days thereafter. An electronic copy of the annual M&V report has been saved to the City’s webpage
