Smithville Chamber of Commerce

Chamber website

"It's possible in Smithville!" That's what we say and that's what we do. Highlights of our fair town include: centrally located between Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Bryan-College Station. Community-minded town, great shopping, lodging, dining, art, film-making and pure fun. Historic buildings and homes. Easy access technology.

Places of interest to tourists like the Texas Veterans Memorial Park, Historic Downtown Smithville Shopping, and Riverbend Park with campsites, baseball fields, disk golf, fishing, and much more.  Great moments at events, such as our five-day Jamboree, and Festival of Lights. World class biking and hiking trails, kayaking, biking, skateboarding, dog park, antiques/vintage shopping, rodeo arena, World Record holder Gingerbread Man and more.

No matter what time of year, we look forward to being with family, seeing old friends, and to meeting you, the friend we have not yet met.  Come borrow our scenery.
