HHW - Clean Up

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event: Saturday, May 21, 9AM-noon.
Vouchers will only be available at the county website and at participating City/County offices after May 4.
Up to 100 people with vouchers from across Bastrop and Lee Counties are welcome and encouraged to bring:
- Paint products
- General household cleaning products
- Pool chemicals
- Batteries
- Herbicides and pesticides
- Pet products
- Aerosol cans
- … and other HHW in safe containers with original, legible labels.
Commercial waste and unsafe/unidentifiable materials are not accepted.
Any products that can still be used will be saved and the “Reuse Center” will be opened to the public for several days following the event. Useable paint will be mixed into “Bastrop Brown” in 5-gallon buckets, free to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
