City of Smithville On-line Utility Interface
The Mi.Data Consumer Portal provides an on-line interface to water and electric consumption data. You can monitor your daily use and set up alert notifications associated with your City of Smithville Utility account. The Mi.Data Consumer Portal allows you to:
• Display usage
• Set-up a budget
• Compare usage to budget
• Compare usage to weather
• Compare current usage to previous month or year
• Set-up alert notification of potential water leak
The Mi.Data Consumer Portal is part of the City-wide utility infrastructure and billing system upgrade and is offered to the consumer free of charge. You can sign up for Mi.Data by emailing the City of Smithville at firstname.lastname@example.org. In return you will receive an email with a link, user name, and password. Once you have logged in, you can monitor your consumption as it is displayed or customize your page by setting up budgets and consumption alerts. The Mi.Data Consumer Portal User Guide is available here on the City of Smithville website and Facebook page. Contact the Smithville Utility Department at (512) 237-3282 if you have any questions.
