On-Line Utility Interface

WaterSmart (formerly known as Vertexone) is a new online customer portal offered by the City of Smithville Utilities that allows you to:

• Track your water use
• Set alerts for possible leaks or unusual usage
• Provides you with personalized tips on saving water
• Informs you about community events, and…
• Allows you to set communications preferences

To set up your WaterSmart Portal:

1. Go to smithvilletx.Watersmart.com 
2. Click on Login
3. Input your Account number and Zip code
4. Walk through the automated registration flow

You are now registered for the Watersmart portal. Make sure you sign up for alerts so that you can stay informed about leaks and other high usage events. Also remember to check back periodically for new features in the portal as it’s constantly being updated.
